Your name and email when you create an account. Conversations with Sage. Basic usage data. Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

How we use it

To provide and improve Syntropy. To send transactional emails. To analyze usage patterns and improve Sage. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely. Conversation data is retained for the life of your account and deleted upon account deletion.

Cookies

Essential cookies for authentication only. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Request deletion of your account and data at any time via [email protected] or the delete account option in your profile.

Accounts for minors

Some accounts on Syntropy belong to users under 18, typically set up and overseen by a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian who has created or authorized an account for a minor, you are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy and determining whether Syntropy is appropriate for that person's use.

Third parties

We use Stripe for payments and Anthropic's Claude API to power Sage. We share only what's necessary for these services to function.
