By using Syntropy and interacting with Sage, you agree to these terms.

What Syntropy is

Syntropy provides an AI-powered consultation service ("Sage") that helps you design personal automation systems using tools you already own. Syntropy is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 18 or older to use Syntropy.

Subscriptions and billing

Syntropy offers monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing anniversary. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for unused time. Designs are removed upon cancellation.

Your content

Conversations you have with Sage are stored to provide continuity of service. We do not sell your conversation data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve Sage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Syntropy, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Syntropy monitors account usage as part of providing the Sage service. We reserve the right to review, restrict, suspend, or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for usage that falls substantially outside the intended scope of the service — including but not limited to accounts that initiate more than 30 web search-assisted lookups within a calendar month, automated or scripted interaction with the service, or any use inconsistent with Sage's function as a personal consultation tool.

Separately, and at any time, Syntropy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription, with or without notice, for conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be abusive, illegal, unethical, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use and spirit of the service.

Limitation of liability

Syntropy is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
